We met up with Trisha at her parents house in the morning, giving us plenty of time to shoot details and Trish getting her dress on. From there, Jen headed to Divine Mercy's St. Mary's church [yay, I got married there!] to meet up with the guys and get there formals out of the way pre-ceremony. I hung back with Trisha and family and got to help her work out the pre-wedding jitters. I usually get stuck with the guys, so it was fun to get to spend the last couple minutes with the bride [as she waved at her guests from the balcony!].
Saturday's weather was spotty... but could have been ALOT worse. When we got the the art museum, it was raining.. So, we pulled out the umbrellas and started off... by the time we got everyone into position, the rain had died down to more of a mist. We flew thru the wedding party pics to get them back to the bus, and then dragged the bride & groom down Prospect a bit for some married people pics... not entirely sure our cameras were supposed to get as wet as they did, but... kinda comes with the territory. After the art museum, we headed over to the old north point water tower. Trisha had mentioned wanting photos near the water tower just about EVERY time I talked to her, and then with the rain she was going to scrap the idea. Luckily, I didn't let her - my brides get what they want - rain or not! And luckily, we did head there, and the rain stopped, and the water tower made for some AWESOME photos!
Then, we were off to the Wyndham Milwaukee Airport, where we partied into the night. AND, we debuted a new shannon wucherer photography product [more details on that later this week].
Trisha, Andrew, we hope you enjoy your preview. Thanks for letting us be part of such an awesome day!
