little charlotte - milwaukee newborn photographer

Sunday morning I got to meet miss Charlotte - super cutie who, apparently, had kept her parents up most of the night before... thats the thing about babies - they have their own agendas :)

When I arrived for the shoot, bright and early at 8am, Charlotte was completely knocked out. However, as we took her out of her jammies, she woke, dirtied a few diapers [right in a row!], and then posed her own little baby sleep protest. So, mom got her a bottle, which she drank fairly quickly, and then... wanted more. So, mom got her another bottle, we chatted while she ate, and soon after that she was OUT.

We often say newbie sessions can take a few hours... and thats OK. Sometimes babies need time to get comfy, be fed, and fall asleep. Trust me, the time it takes is worth it - once Charlotte was alseep, she was out for the next hour and a half - and I got some amazing shots because of it!

Enjoy your preview guys - Erica, I hope you grabbed a Sunday afternoon nap :)

Charlotte slept in it like it was the most comfortable thing ever.
