Monday morning we had Heather & Chad's engagement shoot at Lake Park on the eastside. Chad let us know from the get-go that he was only participating for 20 minutes. That. Was. It. Turns out, he made it for an hour & 15 minutes with hardly a complaint! We joked that it was because he was having such a great time with all of us gals :)
Now Heather is a nurse and Chad is a police officer, so needless to say we felt super safe with these two. This was extra reassuring, since we were balancing up and down rocky shores and hiking up mountain-sized hills. Just kidding [sort of], but we did get in a workout for the day. And thankfully we had better weather than on Sunday when Chad was putting siding on their newly constructed home and was nearly knocked over by the wind.
This is a wedding that we cannot wait for. We're already been invited to stick around after our job is done and party with the newlyweds and their crazy wedding party.
Heather & Chad... enjoy your preview. Next September can't get here soon enough!

I can't even begin to tell you how great the sky was for this shoot...
