The Twilight Saga: Alli & Cory

On Monday, we had Alli & Cory's engagement session at Grant Park. I always love Grant Park because even though we tend to hit up the same couple go-to spots, the photos always come out unique!

Our shoot was at 6:15 [hence the shout out to "Twilight" - great, now we are going to have a bunch of 'tween girls following our blog - fine with it, as long as it brings in business!], and as I drove through the park, scoping out well-lit spots, I started to get really nervous. I guess I forget how quickly the days get shorter once September hits. With a bit of a time crunch and daylight quickly burning, we rushed though the park to try and get in as many shots as possible. All the while I was secretly [or maybe not so secretly] panicking that it was getting too dark and the shots were going to be compromised because I REFUSED to use my flash.

But, as usual, I was being a freak about nothing. The shots turned out gorgeous - and the lighting.. maybe some of our best yet.
