Evan ROCKS!

On Sunday, we had Evan's 1 month shoot. We showed up with a few new ideas in mind, asked the permission of Evan's parents to use him as a guinea pig for said ideas, and they happily obliged [because they are awesome].

Little Evan was WIDE AWAKE when we got there - which wasn't in the plan... but after a little Mommy love and a quick snack, he drifted off to sleep - allowing us to manipulate him into various poses, which was no easy task! It's funny how quickly you forget how very little and delicate a new baby is.... We managed to keep him comfortable, or at least comfortable enough to stay sleeping, and get some great shots in the process.

Evan, thank you for being so wonderful - and thank your parents for being so laid back... enjoy your preview, guys!

The bowl was easier... though probably not as comfy....

The sling took some time and required the help of dad... and was SO worth it
