On Saturday, we shot the wedding of Annie & Joel. These two were absolutely adorable - from the emotional walk down the aisle, to maid of honor Rachel's speech which included, in their own words, why Annie & Joel love eachother - I don't think there was a dry eye in the house (even I was getting choked up!).
The wedding party was so fun to work with. As we exited the church and realized it WASN'T RAINING(!), we hit up Humboldt Park (stopping traffic along the way), and then headed to the art museum. A brief stop at Buck Bradley's made for a few... innnteresting photos, and we even "taught" a groomsmen how to use the camera :)
This reception featured some of THE BEST dancing I've witnessed. As we left, Jen & I both said we wished we were actual guests of the wedding. I'm told it only got better as the night went on.
Overall, great couple, great wedding party, great day. Though Jen & I did make enemies with a transient - all in a day's work...
